MEET THE FOUNDER & DIRECTOR

Hey, I'm Suzanne!

A Certified Business Advisor with over 30 years in sales, marketing, business systems, and customer engagement. I've worked alongside hundreds of New Zealand businesses, helping owners get clarity, build confidence, and grow at a pace they can sustain.

I've worked across a lot of industries, which means I've seen the same problems show up in very different businesses. Most owners are experts at their trade. Marketing, sales, technology and systems are the parts that feel overwhelming, and that is the part I'm good at simplifying.

Today I combine advisory work with business technology. Through SME Marketing & Sales, GhlNZ, and GHL LevelUP Academy, I help businesses find opportunities, put modern systems in place, and build the skills to use them. My strength lies in simplifying these areas, providing practical guidance, and working alongside business owners to help them make informed decisions with confidence.

Steve is the friendly face behind much of the support and technical assistance provided to Suzanne's brands.

He is passionate about helping people succeed, he works closely with businesses to answer questions, solve problems, and ensure they feel confident using the systems and tools.

His approachable nature, technical knowledge, and commitment to client success make him a valued member of the team and an important part of the support journey we provide.

Steve and his team support businesses across Australasia. They know there is very little local HighLevel support available, and along with Suzanne have built something to change that.

Outside of work, Suzanne enjoys spending time with family and friends and making the most of everything Auckland has to offer.

Her move from Dunedin to Auckland has been a significant step, creating new opportunities for her businesses, expanding her professional network, and allowing her to work more closely with her growing team. Suzanne welcomes new connections that want to collaborate to help businesses across NZ

Never far from her side are her two loyal companions, Samson and Delilah. Whether it's their daily walks, relaxing while Mum works, or waiting to head off on adventures with their doggie friends, they are an important part of Suzanne's life and bring plenty of balance, fun, and companionship to her busy days.
